Johnny had surgery on February 5th. Johnny is the rabbit we rescued who had a growth on his foot. The estimate is $946.16. Our tough little 2pound girl Kiki needs dental surgery and x-rays on the 28th estimate is $624. Kiki’s surgery is February 28th. Sweet little Sunshine has two new abscesses that require surgery. She’s receiving daily penicillin injections and is on pain meds. If she’s show she’s in too much pain we have morphine to give. Poor Sunshine has to have the abscesses flushed daily. Dr. Harvey will be doing surgery on February 14th to clean out the abscesses and will be packing them with antibiotic beads. We are praying the antibiotic beads stop the infection.
